I love this little cookbook – it starts at “Bankable Breakfasts” and goes through “Midday Money Matters”, “Snacks on a Shoestring”, “Purse-Strings Parties”, “Dinners on a Dime”, and “Clever Kids’ Meals”.

Today we hosted a party and used their chili tip which was chili feeds a crowd and is very inexpensive! (Very true.)

Share the Frugal Love with Friendship Bread.

Or make Exponential Chicken and multiply one dinner into several. In fact, with one Exponential Chicken, you can also make the following dinners: Chicken Curry, Tacos Naranjas, Matzo Ball Soup, Pretty Close to Paella, and Almond Soup. Thrifty and time-saving!

This isn’t your glam-photo kind of cookbook. It’s small and unassuming with simple drawings. It’s just the kind of book you’d expect to contain frugal tips and recipes.

WIN a copy of Frugal Foodie Cookbook! E-mail your name and address (to make book delivery faster) to deborah.mock@parenthood.com with “Frugal Foodie” in the subject line. We will randomly select one lucky winner to receive a copy of the book. Deadline for entry is midnight MST on February 27, 2011.
