Chick ‘n’ Pug but Mostly Chick

Chick, our delightfully cute hero, has read The Adventures of Wonder Pug! 127 times and knows he must leave the chicken coop to find a Wonderpug of his own.

He does find a pug. But, this pug is not quite what he expected . . .

“He must be saving his energy for his next adventure.”

Chick hopes Pug will spring into action when a fluffy white kitty arrives on Pug’s turf.

“Pug! Pug! An intruder has entered your territory!

. . .

Clearly, Pug’s strategy was to play dead.”

Fortunately, Pug’s new sidekick will save the day. (Who can that be I wonder?)

Book Play: Learn more about dogs. Dogs start with the letter “D”. Dogs like to eat dog bones. Make cookies shaped like dog bones with this recipe.
